Hércules vs Villarreal Live on March 2

Hercules has won just once in the last five games (against Zaragoza), while losing the other four (to Barcelona, Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao and Valencia). The promoted side would perhaps be expected to lose those games, but should fare better against inconsistent Getafe, says Tote. "Getafe is the sort of team we have a chance of doing well against," the striker said. "It will be an attacking game and that suits us." Six out of seven of Hercules' league wins have come at home this season. Rufete, Royston Drenthe and Francisco Pena are set to miss out through injury, though, while Nelson Haedo Valdez is doubtful. David Cortes, Sergio Rodriguez and Abel Aguilar are suspended.

Villarreal's impressive season appears in danger of fizzling out. The Yellow Submarine has picked up just one point from the last three Primera Division matches, and that was from a disappointing tie at home to bottom-of-the-table Malaga last weekend. For the moment, though, Juan Carlos Garrido's side has a useful cushion in fourth place, sitting eight points clear of Athletic Bilbao. Villarreal will look to preserve or extend that with a win at a revitalized Racing Santander on Sunday, but was due to face Napoli in a crunch clash in the Europa League before that on Thursday. With that match and three league games in a week to follow, this is could be a defining moment in Villarreal's season. "We need to win again. I don't understand what has happened to us in the last few games," striker Giuseppe Rossi said. Villarreal should be at full strength on Sunday, barring injuries in Europe.
