Shark Fights 13: Jardine vs. Prangley is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by Shark Fights on September 11, 2010 at the Civic Center Coliseum in Amarillo, Texas, United States.

Brent Medley, the President of Shark Fights, announced that it will be a traditional pay per view airing. Sherdog.com will stream all five prelim fights live on their website. Dave Herman has been replaced by Devin Cole due to Bellator litigation. Drew McFedries and Marcus Hicks were forced off the card with an injury. The Spratt/Davila fight was changed to catchweight status after Davila weighed in at 176.5 lbs; 5.5 lbs over the 171 lbs welterweight limit for non title fights. The Daley/Masvidal fight was also changed to a catchweight after Daley weighed in at 171.75 lbs; .75 lbs over the limit. Daley will give up 10 percent of his "show purse" to Masvidal for being overweight.
